We own and operate rate-regulated utilities across 5 RTOs/ISOs and other regions that transmit electricity safely and reliably every day to power America’s progress.

LS Power Grid California: Fern Road Substation
The Fern Road Substation Project will provide critical reliability for the northern California power grid by providing CAISO with a flexible resource to address voltage variability.
Great Basin Transmission: Southwest Intertie Project-North (SWIP-North)
The SWIP-North Project will provide a transmission pathway for delivering energy between the Desert Southwest and the Pacific Northwest to meet market needs and increase grid reliability.
Republic Transmission: IN portion, Hiple-to-Helix
This new project for Republic Transmission will build a high-voltage transmission line in northern Indiana, from LaGrange County to the Indiana/Michigan border.
